To help diagnose problems ClarityGen writes a log-file, normally in the folder c:\Programme Files\MuVi2\logs\. The log filename includes the date it was created. It may be useful to send the log-files to MuVi2 when seeking support.
ClarityGen uses several Excel spreadsheets and other
supporting files. If any of these files gets corrupt, master copies can be
downloaded from
