Error Messages

• The spreadsheet is not of the correct format. In order for the system to work the spreadsheet must have been generated from the MuVi2 ClarityGen master spreadsheet. If the spreadsheet is not of that format this error message will show.
• The Excel Template settings file does not exist.  This is a crucial file that defines how the different types of end credit promotion relate to the Clarity Job. This file is normally stored in the application directory (normally c:\Programme Files\MuVi2\). If this file is missing replace it from a backup or download a new copy from http://www.muvi2.co.uk/support/

• Problem connecting to the Clarity. This message happens in the Clarity XML Socket Server is not running, or if the Open Comms button has not been clicked.
